Plantation Estates is a gated community in the heart of Costa Rica. Situated on an old coffee plantation it has what National Geographic magazine has called the best climate in the world. The extremely fertile ground assures an abundance of lush tropical growth. This private community of 67 acres Consists of 35 parcels ranging in size from 1 ¼ acres to 6 acres. All utilities are included and all internal roads and green areas are maintained by the Plantation Estates owners association. Plantation Estates is 1 minute away from the Inter-American highway and close to the international airport, San Jose, beaches and country clubs. Parcels in Plantation Estates are varied in size and topography. Some parcels are bordered by streams or have streams through the middle. Others have spectacular views and border on the grand canyon of Costa Rica with the Rio Grande at the bottom. There are waterfalls and waterfall views on some parcels and trees and old growth abound. All parcels have coffee bushes since Plantation Estates was carved out of an old coffee plantation. To
